Accredited Veterinarians belong to one organization. There may be multiple AV users belonging to the same organization.

VEHCS Accredited Veterinarian (AV) may:

•	Create/update template data used to create health certificates

•	Create/update/submit Health Certificates to VS

•	Print Health Certificates

•	Add funds via Pay.gov

•	Print a Debit Transaction Report
