To generate the Record of Public Funds Received report, complete the following steps:
| 1. | Select the View Reports link from the left side of the screen.
RESULT: The View Reports page appears. |
| 2. | On the View Reports page, under Financial Reports, select APHIS 94 Information (VEHCS Generated).
RESULT: The Record of Public Funds Received page appears. |
| 3. | Select a VS Field Office and a Date Received Range to include in the report. |
| 4. | Click the Generate Report button.
RESULT: A new window opens and the report is displayed. |
