To add or remove Color data, complete the following steps:

1.	Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu. RESULT: The VEHCS Administration page appears.

2.	Select VEHCS Reference Data link from the left menu. RESULT: The VEHCS Reference Data page appears.

3.	Select Color from the drop down.

RESULT: Colors page appears.

The current Colors are displayed in the List of Colors Table. Color data is used to define commodity type-color combinations.

1.	To add a new color, click the Add button below the table.

RESULT: Add a New Color page appears.

2.	Enter the Color name and click Save.

RESULT: Colors page appears with new Color data displayed in the table.

3.	To remove a color, click its corresponding 'Delete' button.

RESULT: Confirmation page appears.

4.	Click Yes.

RESULT: Colors page appears and the selected Color data is removed.

NOTE: You cannot delete the Existing Color as it is already in use.

5.	Click the Cancel button to return to the previous screen.
