To add or remove a Decision, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The VEHCS Administration page appears.

 

2.Select VEHCS Reference Data link from the left menu.
RESULT: The VEHCS Reference Data page appears.

 

3.Select Decision from the drop down.

   RESULT: Decisions page appears.

 

The current decisions are displayed in the List of Decisions Table. Decision data is used to define Health Certificates that are available in VEHCS.

 

1.To add a new decision, enter its name in the text field above the table and click the Add.

   RESULT: The Decision appears in the List of Decisions table.

2.To update an existing entry, click its Edit button. The entry will be displayed in text field above the table. Make desired changes and click the Add button.

  Note: Be aware, editing a decision will update all the definitions where it is used. Edit should only be used to correct typos or grammar.

  RESULT: The updated Decision appears in the List of Decisions table.

 

3.To remove a Decision, click its corresponding 'Delete' button.

   RESULT: Decision is deleted from the List of Decisions table.

   Note: Decision can not be deleted when it is in use.

 

4.Click the Cancel button to return to the previous screen.
