Intended Use

To add or remove Intended Uses, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The VEHCS Administration page appears.

 

2.Select VEHCS Reference Data link from the left menu.
RESULT: The VEHCS Reference Data page appears.

 

3.Select Intended Use from the drop down.

   RESULT: Intended Uses page appears.

 

The current Intended uses are displayed in the List of Intended Uses Table. Intended use data is used to define Health Certificates that are available in VEHCS.

 

1.To add a new intended use, click the Add button below the table.

   RESULT: Add a New Intended Uses page appears.

2.Enter the Commodity Intended Use and click Save.

   RESULT: Intended Uses page appears with new intended use data displayed in the table.

3.To remove an intended use, click its corresponding 'Delete' button.

   RESULT: Confirmation page appears.

Note: You cannot delete the selected Intended Use as it is used for a Universal or VEHCS defined health certificate.

4.Click Yes.

   RESULT: Intended Uses page appears and the selected intended use data is removed.

 

5.Click the Cancel button to return to the previous screen.
