Port of Embarkation/Border Crossing

To add or remove port of embarkation/border, complete the following steps:

1.	Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu. RESULT: The VEHCS Administration page appears.

2.	Select VEHCS Reference Data link from the left menu. RESULT: The VEHCS Reference Data page appears.

3.	Select Port of Embarkation/Border Crossing from the drop down.

RESULT: Ports of Embarkation/Border Crossings page appears.

The current ports of embarkation/border crossings are displayed in the List of Ports of Embarkation/Border Crossings Table. This data can be selectable by exporters and accredited veterinarians when they create Health Certificates.

1.	To add a port of embarkation/border crossing, click the Add button below the table.

RESULT: Add a New port of embarkation/border crossing, page appears.

2.	Enter the Port Type, State Name, City Name and click Save.

RESULT: Ports of Embarkation/Border Crossings page appears with new port of embarkation/border crossing data displayed in the table.

3.	To remove a port of embarkation/border crossing, click its corresponding 'Delete' button.

RESULT: Confirmation page appears.

4.	Click Yes.

RESULT: Ports of Embarkation/Border Crossings page appears and the selected port of embarkation/border crossing data is removed.

5.	Click the Cancel button to return to the previous screen.
