To add or remove service center, complete the following steps:
1. | Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT: The VEHCS Administration page appears. |
2. | Select VEHCS Reference Data link from the left menu.
RESULT: The VEHCS Reference Data page appears. |
3. | Select Service Center from the drop down. |
RESULT: Service Center page appears.
The current Service Center Field Office assignments are displayed in the “List of Service Centers” table.
1. | To edit an existing Service Center, click its corresponding 'Edit' button. The Service Center selections will be displayed in the second table. |
2. | To add a Field Office, click its checkbox. To remove a Field Office, clear its checkbox. When finished, click Save. |
3. | Selected Field Offices will get reassigned if it was previously in another Service Center. Deselected Field Offices will be available for selection in the second table with no Service Center assigned. |
4. | To add a new Service Center, click 'Add New Service Center' button. Enter its name in the field above the second table, select its Field Offices in the second table and click Save. Upon save, the new Service Center with its Field Office assignments will be displayed in the first table. |
Note:
Service Centers can be selected on the My VS Field Office workload screen to select all Field Offices associated with the Service Center.
