Certification ID (CID)

Access to VEHCS requires Login.gov account, Login.gov supplies a certification ID (CID) for users accessing VEHCS.  Login.gov protects the user ID information and sends VEHCS a CID which is used to identify the user.  Each user is uniquely identified in VEHCS based on the Login.gov CID and internal VEHCS identifier.
