Certification Table Definition

The certification table data has been retrieved from the certification table data annotated on the health certificate uploaded for this Defined PDF definition. Use the table to format the external user's Certification Table screen by adding meaningful column headings and optional helper text, indicating required data, defining data type, and confirming selectable data if present. Note: Up to 15 fields can be defined.

To edit a certification table definition, do the following:

1.	Enter the Table Order. Table Order is required and must be a number between 1 and 20.

2.	Enter the Table Title. Table Title will display with the table on both the Certificate creation Step by Step process and the certificate PDF.

3.	You may add instructions, if needed, for entering data into the defined certification table.

4. To define the certification table, do the following:

•	You must enter the column headers, data type and maximum characters if prompted.

•	When your certification table design is finalized, click the Preview button to view the certification table as it will appear in the certificate creation process.

Click Save to go to Certificate Table Data Mapping screen.
