Define Certificate Restrictions

The Define Certificate Restrictions Page allows you to restrict the type of certificates that can be uploaded using the AV Health Certificate upload feature. It also allows you to restrict the list of Type of Admission dropdown options for Defined Certificates. You may add AV Upload Restrictions for a country and Defined Certificate Restrictions for a country/commodity.

To create a new AV Upload restriction, click the Add AV Upload Restrictions button. Previously defined AV Upload Restrictions will display in the List of AV Upload Restrictions by Country table. If a country is not listed, there are no AV Upload restrictions for that country. The table displays the following information:

1. Destination Country: The country for which the specific AV Upload Restrictions are set.

2. Display ‘Commodity Not Listed’: Indicates whether ‘Commodity Not Listed’ is enabled as a dropdown option for Commodity for the country.

To create a new Defined Certificate restriction, click the Add Defined Certificate Restrictions button. Existing Defined Certificate Restrictions will display in the List of Defined Certificate Restrictions by Country/Commodity table. If the Country/Commodity is not listed, there are no restrictions for those Country/Commodity defined certificates. The table displays the following information:

1. Destination Country: The country for which the specific Defined Certificate Restrictions are set.

2. Commodity Type: The commodity for which the specific Defined Certificate Restrictions are set.

3. Display ‘Intended Use Not Listed’: Indicates whether ‘Intended Use Not Listed’ is enabled as a dropdown option for Intended Use for the country/commodity.

4. VEHCS Defined: Indicates if the country/commodity has a VEHCS Defined Certificate.

5. UHC: Indicates if the country/commodity has a Universal Health Certificate.

NOTE: You can click the Show All button to expand the report list or click the Collapse button to shorten the list.
