Top Previous Next |
The AV Upload Restrictions by Country Page allows you to restrict the type of certificates that can be uploaded when a user is creating an AV Upload certificate. Restrictions can be set for Commodity Type, Intended Use, and Type of Admission.
To add an AV Upload restriction, do the following:
1. Select the Destination Country for the restriction. 2. Select the Include ‘Commodity Not Listed’ Option.
NOTE: This determines whether ‘Commodity Not Listed’ is enabled as a dropdown option for Commodity for the country. The option is set to ‘Yes’ by default which will turn on the option to upload an AV Health Certificate for the country. If the option is set to ‘No’, the option to upload an AV Health Certificate will be turned off for the country.
3. To add restrictions for a specific Commodity Type, select the Commodity Type and click the Add button. 4. To add restrictions for a specific Intended Use, select the Intended Use and click the Add button. Then select the appropriate Commodity Type within the Intended Use table.
NOTE: The Commodity Type dropdown list within the Intended Use table will be restricted to only those defined on this page.
5. To add restrictions for a specific Type of Admission, select the Type of Admission and click the Add button. Then select the appropriate Intended Use within the Type of Admission table.
NOTE: The Intended Use dropdown list within the Type of Admission table will be restricted to only those defined on this page.
6. Click the Save button to save the restrictions and return to the Define Certificate Restrictions page.
