Defined Certificate Restrictions by Country/Commodity |
Top Previous Next |
The Defined Certificate Restrictions by Country/Commodity Page allows you to define the Type of Admission restrictions for VEHCS Defined and Universal Health Certificates. Restrictions can be set for Type of Admission for a specific Country/Commodity.
To add a Defined Certificate restriction, do the following:
1. Select the Destination Country for the restriction.
NOTE: The countries in the dropdown list will be restricted to only those that have VEHCS Defined Certificates or Universal Health Certificates established in VEHCS.
2. Select the Commodity Type.
NOTE: The commodity types in the dropdown list will be restricted to only those that have VEHCS Defined Certificates or Universal Health Certificates established in VEHCS.
3. Select the Include ‘Intended Use Not Listed’ Option.
NOTE: This determines whether ‘Intended Use Not Listed’ is enabled as a dropdown option for Intended Use for the country/commodity. The option is set to ‘Yes’ by default. If the country/commodity only has a VEHCS Defined Certificate with no intended use, Include ‘Intended Use Not Listed’ Option is set to ‘No’ and the radio buttons will be disabled. This ensures that the Intended Use dropdown will not display for this country/commodity.
4. To add restrictions for a specific Type of Admission, select the Type of Admission and click the Add button. Then select the appropriate Intended Use within the Type of Admission table.
NOTE: The Intended Use dropdown list within the Type of Admission table will be restricted to only those defined in VEHCS Defined Certificates and Universal Health Certificates for this country/commodity.
5. Click the Save button to save the restrictions and return to the Define Certificate Restrictions page.
