To complete the Commodity Information table for a Hatching Eggs Certificate, do the following:
All required fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*) next to the label in the column header.
| a) | Row # is automatically pre-populated. |
| b) | Enter the Variety/Strain/Trade Name. |
| c) | Enter ID. This is an optional field. |
| d) | Enter the Lay Start Date. You can either manually enter a date in the field, or click the calendar icon to select the date. The date format should be entered as mm/dd/yyyy. |
| e) | Enter the Lay End Date. You can either manually enter a date in the field, or click the calendar icon to select the date. The date format should be entered as mm/dd/yyyy. |
| f) | Select the Sex from the drop-down list (Straight-Run). |
| g) | Enter the Quantity. This is a required field. |
| h) | Enter Additional Description as needed. |
Remember to save your data periodically, especially when entering large number of commodities.
