To complete the Commodity Information table for a Swine Certificate, do the following:
All required fields are indicated with a red asterisk (*) next to the label in the column header.
| a) | Row # is automatically pre-populated. |
| b) | Select the Breed/Category from the drop-down list. Use “Other” and enter the details if the breed/category is not in the list. |
| c) | A minimum of one ID is required. Enter either the Left Ear ID, Right Ear ID, or Other ID. |
| d) | Enter the Age (Months). |
| e) | Select the Sex from the drop-down list (Boar, Female, Gilt, or Male). |
| f) | Enter Additional Description as needed. |
Remember to save your data periodically, especially when entering large number of commodities.
