Helpdesk person can search for the health certificate and the related information by using steps below.
| 1. | Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT: The VEHCS Administration page appears. |
| 2. | Select Helpdesk Search link from the left menu.
RESULT: The Helpdesk Search page appears. |
| 3. | Use search criteria to enter the Tracking number and click Search button. |
RESULT: The health certificate information appears.
