Payment method is mandatory field on VEHCS Application.
Below are the 3-payment method allowed by the VEHCS.
Pre-Purchase account can be credited with money by adding funds through Pay.gov or Sending in your payment to the field office as a check, Money order or Credit Card.
USDA APHIS User Fee Account number is a 7 digit number which is used across all the aphis systems in order to record transactions. Please contact the VS Field office to get more information on this Credit account number.
The external USDA Accredited Veterinarian will pay the endorsement fee is available to Exporter org users only. This payment method is selected when the Exporter wants the External AV to pay the “Endorsement Fees” for the certificate.
HELPFUL HINT: You may enter certificate information in any order by selecting the links at the left of the screen; for example, you can enter Certificate Content information and then General information. In this Help file, data entry into the certificate will be explained sequentially as if using the Next button. At the bottom of each page the Previous, Save as Work in Progress, and Next buttons are available.
The type of Certificate (Certificate Content) and the unique Certificate Tracking Number is always displayed at the top of each Certificate screen.
