Related Certificates

This is an optional screen made available to link health certificates related to this current submission. For example, you can use this feature to link certificates that you would like mailed together or to reference a previously endorsed certificate required for this certification.

To link a health certificate, complete the following steps:

1. Enter the Tracking/Certificate Number, Comments and click Link.

RESULT: The certificate will be linked to current work in progress certificate and display in the List of Related Certificates table.

NOTE: Voided certificates are not eligible to be linked.

2. To remove a relationship from the current work in progress certificate, click it's remove button.

RESULT: The remove confirmation page appears.

3. Click Yes.

RESULT: The relationship is removed from the current work in progress certificate.

4. When you have completed linking certificates to the current work in progress, click the Next button to proceed.  You can also click the Save as Work in Progress and return to the certificate at a later time.

HELPFUL HINT: You may enter certificate information in any order by selecting the links at the left of the screen; for example, you can enter Certificate Content information and then General information.  In this Help file, data entry into the certificate will be explained sequentially as if using the Next button.  At the bottom of each page the Previous, Save as Work in Progress, and Next buttons are available.

The type of Certificate (Certificate Content) and the unique Certificate Tracking Number is always displayed at the top of each Certificate screen.
