Replace Fillable PDF

The replace fillable PDF feature is used when the incorrect Health Certificate PDF is uploaded by a VS user when endorsing an AV Uploaded Health Certificate. This feature is only available to specifically authorized VS staff.  Contact Live Animal Exports staff for information on who can perform this action.   

To replace the VMO uploaded HC:

1. Click View Certificates from the left menu.

    RESULT:  The View Certificates screen appears. 

2. Search for the Completed Fillable PDF Certificate to be replaced.

3. Click the associated Manage button.

    RESULT:  The Manage Certificate screen appears. 

4. Select the ‘Replace Fillable PDF’ process and click Select.

    RESULT:  The Replace Fillable PDF screen appears. 

5. Click Add/Replace certificate.

    RESULT:  The File Upload screen appears. 

6. Browse for and select the replacement HC PDF. 

7. Click Upload to replace the file or Cancel to stop the replacement. 

    RESULT:  The Replace Fillable PDF screen appears.  If Upload was selected on the previous screen, a red message displays confirming that the new file has been successfully uploaded as the endorsed certificate.
