Update Certificate Fees Charged in VEHCS |

VEHCS enables VS users to update the fee charged for health certificates.
To update a fee, complete the following steps:
1. Select the View Certificates link from the left side of the screen. RESULT: The View Certificates page appears.
2 On the View Certificates page, search for the health certificate needing the fee update and click its Manage button. RESULT: The Manage Certificate page appears.
3. Select Update Certificate Fee and click Select. RESULT: The Update Certificate Fee page appears with information about certificate, the organization’s current account balance, previous fee and Charge Fee table will be displayed.
4. To update the certificate fee calculated for the selected certificate, change the quantity as needed. RESULT: The updated fee, row total and grand total will be calculated and displayed.
5. To add an additional fee code click Add Another Row. Click 'Save' to save the updates. RESULT: New row will be displayed in the charge fee table.
6. Select the Fee code and enter the Quantity. RESULT: New Fee, row Total will be calculated and Updated Grand Total will be displayed.
7. Click Save. RESULT: The Confirmation Fee page appears.
8. Click Yes. RESULT: View Certificate page appears.
NOTE: If an external system, such as the User Fee System, is used to collect payment, Collected in VEHCS will display as "0". If using the Organization's pre-purchase account in VEHCS, Grand Total and Collected in VEHCS will be same.
