The Certificate Content Page allows you to define the country, commodity and intended use associated with the certificate definition.

To enter content information for the certificate definition, do the following:

•	Select the Destination Country, Commodity Type and Intended Use if applicable. The combination of these three fields must be unique across both Universal and VEHCS Defined certificate definitions in the system.

•	Select the Effective Date. If the Effective Date is in the future, the certificate definition will not be available for certificate creation.

•	When you have completed entering your information, click the Next button to proceed. You can also click the Save button and return to the certificate definition at a later time.

NOTE: The certificate definition cannot be activated until the Certificate Content has been saved and both commodities and certification statements have been defined.

NOTE: The certificate definition can be saved by clicking the Save Button or moving to a new page within the Definition Step by Step process.

HELPFUL HINT: You may enter certificate information in any order by selecting the links at the left of the screen; for example, you can enter Certificate Content information and then Commodities information. In this Help file, data entry into the certificate will be explained sequentially as if using the Next button. At the bottom of each page the Previous, Cancel, Save, and Next buttons are available.
