The Certification Table Page allows you to design a certification table when it is needed for the certificate definition. Certification tables are optional and could include but are not limited to additional test and treatment information.
To add a certification table definition, do the following:
1. | Enter the Table Order. Table Order is required and must be a number between 1 and 20. |
2. | Enter the Table Title. Table Title will display with the table on both the Certificate creation Step by Step process and the certificate PDF. |
3. | You may add instructions, if needed, for entering data into the defined certification table. There are two fields for entering instructions. The first field can be formatted and will display on the Certification Table page of the Certificate creation Step by Step process. The second field does not allow formatting, with the exception of the line break <br/>, and will display on the certificate PDF. |
4. To define the certification table, do the following:
• | You must enter the column headers, data type and maximum characters if prompted. |
NOTE: The order you have listed the columns (top to bottom) in the Certification Table Field Properties table will be displayed as left to right in your Certification Table.
• | When your certification table design is finalized, click the Preview button to view the certification table as it will appear in the certificate creation process. |
