This page contains the instructions for VEHCS Defined Health certificate tool - Certification Tables and VEHCS Defined PDF Health certificate tool - Certification Table Data Mapping screens.

VEHCS Defined Health certificate : Certification Tables

The Certification Tables Page allows you to add one or more certification tables when needed for the VEHCS defined health certificate definition. Adding certification tables is optional and could include but is not limited to additional test and treatment information.

NOTE: If a Certification Table is not included in the certificate definition, the Certification Table Step by Step screen will not be displayed during certificate creation.

To create a new Certification Table click the Create New Button. A maximum of 20 certification tables may be defined for a certificate definition.

Previously defined Certification Tables will display in the Certification Tables table. The table displays the following information:

1. Table Order: The order in which the table will be displayed relative to other certification tables. This order applies to both the Certificate creation Step by Step process and to the certificate PDF.

2. Table Title: The title to be displayed with the certification table.

NOTE: You can click the Show All button to expand the report list or click the Collapse button to shorten the list.

To View/Edit a Certification Table click the View/Edit Button.

Once the Certification tables are viewed or modified, Click Activate. The VEHCS Defined health certificate definition is successfully activated.

VEHCS Defined PDF Health Certificate : Certification Table Data Mapping

The Certification Tables Page allows you to view/Edit one or more certification tables needed for the VEHCS defined PDF health certificate definition.

The number of certificate tables listed have been retrieved from the certification table data annotated on the health certificate uploaded for this Defined PDF definition. Certification Tables should be prefixed with 'CT_' followed by its table number to ensure the AV entered data is saved correctly.

NOTE: Up to 15 fields can be defined per table.

NOTE: If a Certification Table is not included in the certificate definition, the Certification Table Step by Step screen will not be displayed during certificate creation.

The table displays the following information:

2. Table Title: The title to be displayed with the certification table.

NOTE: You can click the Preview All button to view the list of certification tables and click Hide Preview to hide the certification tables.

To View/Edit a Certification Table click the View/Edit Button.

Once the Certification tables are viewed or modified, Click Activate. The VEHCS Defined PDF definition is successfully activated.

The type of Certificate Definition (Certificate Content) is always displayed at the top of each Definition screen.
