General Data Mapping

General Data Mapping screen reads the Draft PDF tags and display them.

1. Tag Name: Name read from the HC PDF template when the template was uploaded.

2. Column Name: System automatically read the tag name and matches with data base column. If the data base column is not matched, the drop down will appear with list of options. Select the proper data base column.

3. Field Label: Text/Label to be displayed to the external user for a completion of a health certificate.

4. Helper Text: Additional Instructions displayed to the external users from the help icon during the completion of a health certificate. Enter the helper text if any.

5. Drop down Values: Drop down values can be entered by using UI, or on the PDF draft template.

6. Visible to AV: Enable to make the individual data fields visible to the AV. Remember that AV, Consignee and Consignor data are selected from the standard drop down, so it's necessary to make these individual data elements visible.

7. Editable: To display editable fields for Field Label, Helper text and drop down values for a tag name, check it's Editable checkbox and click Save. The screen will refresh with editable fields for the tag.

Click Next to go to Additional Field Data Mapping screen.

HELPFUL HINT: At the bottom of each page the Previous, Cancel, Save, and Next buttons are available.

The type of Certificate Definition (Certificate Content) is always displayed at the top of each Definition screen.
