Reset Cache

To reset the caching for a particular application, organization or user, complete the following steps:

 

1.Select the VEHCS Administration link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The VEHCS Administration page appears.
2.Select Reset Cache link from the left menu.
RESULT:  The Reset Caching page appears.
3.Use the radio buttons to select from the following:
a)Certificate
b)All Certificates
c)Affiliation Org
d)All Affiliation Orgs
e)Org Balance
f)All Org Balances
g)Person
h)All Persons
i)All Object Cache
4.Enter the Certificate Tracking ID.
5.Click the Submit button.
RESULT:  The Update Confirmation page appears with a message that you have successfully refreshed.
