VEHCS Defined Health certificate : Commodities

 

 

The Commodities Page allows you to design the commodity table needed for the VEHCS defined health certificate definition.

 

To design the commodity table, do the following:

You must enter the column headers, data type and maximum characters if prompted.  You can apply a saved Commodity Table Template by selecting the template and clicking the Apply button.

NOTE: The order you have listed the columns (top to bottom) in the Commodity Table Properties table will be displayed as left to right in your Commodities Table.

 

When your commodity table design is finalized, click the Preview button to view the commodity table as it will appear in the certificate creation process.  You can also click the Save as Table Template button to save your table design as a Commodity Table Template to use in future certificate definitions.

NOTE: Templates created during the certificate definition process will not be available for use in universal health certificates.

 

 

 

VEHCS Defined PDF Health Certificate : Commodity Data Mapping

 

 

The Commodities Data Mapping Page allows you to design the commodity table needed for the VEHCS defined PDF health certificate definition.

 

The displayed commodity data was read from the uploaded PDF template. Use the commodity table properties to format the external user's Commodities screen by adding data.

 

To design the commodity table, do the following:

You must enter the column headers, data type, drop down values and maximum characters if prompted.

 

When your commodity table design is finalized, click the Preview button to view the commodity table as it will appear in the certificate creation process.

 

 

 

 

HELPFUL HINT: You may enter certificate information in any order by selecting the links at the left of the screen; for example, you can enter Certificate Content information and then Commodities information.  In this Help file, data entry into the certificate will be explained sequentially as if using the Next button.  At the bottom of each page the Previous, Cancel, Save, and Next buttons are available.

 

The type of Certificate Definition (Certificate Content) is always displayed at the top of each Definition screen.
